The Road Of Bones

'The Road of Bones' is a book about a boy called Yuri. He lives in a country where people vanish. No one hears anything, no one sees anything, and no one ever comes back. To make things worse, his family and everyone around him lives in a life full of poverty and misery and the government only punish people who protest. When Yuri is 12, he and his classmates are sent to work. They are too clever and the teachers have run out of things to teach them. Yuri is made to work as a bricklayer. But one day when Yuri and his friends are having  lunch, Yuri opens his mouth and says a few careless words, which later on are going to cost him his life.
I would give this book a 4/10 because it takes quite a long time until it gets interesting, and its not the kind of book I would normally read. DH
